Topic of Talkie Meeting on August 18th

Hello. members.
This is Sungjoo. host of the next Talkie Meeting on Aug. 18th.

Obon. a representative day of Japanese traditions. is coming with the moon full.
Actually Korea. my country. has the similar tradition to yours.
People think there that the moon on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month is the brightest one in the year.
So they stay up late and enjoy the time with their family or relatives under its cool light…

BTW. do you have interesting or fun memories with any ‘Round One(s)’ such as the full moon. rice cakes. coins. or the like?
Please choose one of them.
And this is my topic: What Does the Round Thing you’ve chosen Remind You Of?

Looking forward to your kind stories.
Have a happy Obon!
